About the Role

Raven Studio Tattoo Academy (RSTA) is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a WORLD CLASS personality to lead our sales team and drive enrollment growth. In this role, you will oversee Sales Associates, refine sales processes, and ensure that every prospective student receives an exceptional experience from first contact through enrollment.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting team goals, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to maximize results. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales initiatives and work directly with leadership to forecast, plan, and execute growth strategies.

This position is ideal for someone who is both a proven sales leader and a hands-on contributor, capable of motivating their team while also connecting directly with prospective students when needed. Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support Sales Associates to meet and exceed enrollment goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and processes.
• Set clear performance metrics and track results using CRM tools.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
• Personally engage with high-value prospective students to ensure a strong conversion rate.
• Forecast enrollment trends and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure all sales interactions reflect RSTA’s values of professionalism, integrity, and student-first support.
• Represent RSTA at events, orientations, and community outreach opportunities.
• Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and student experience.

Requirements

  • WORLD CLASS personality with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a sales team.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, admissions, or related leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospective students, affiliates, and internal staff.

  • Ability to design, implement, and refine sales processes and strategies.

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.

  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events, orientations, or to connect with prospective students.

  • Passion for helping others achieve their goals and interest in the tattoo/creative industry is a strong plus.
